Only a 30\u00a0minutes drive from Jaipur city center, Skipper\u2019s County is nestled in verdant orchards, offering a haven of tranquillity and immaculate scenery. A hugely diverse venue for private parties, whatever the size and style, all types of events are catered for and personally overseen by the owners to ensure a glorious time for all. Memories made here will last a lifetime.<\/em><\/p>\n

Gala evenings<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Pleasant daytime weather kicks off the new year. Mid-winter cool lingers throughout the north and, in the desert, it\u2019s downright cold at night. There are lots of great festivals throughout the month, most notably the Jaipur Literature Festival, which attracts the best of local and international authors. The Kite Festival celebrated across Rajasthan, is also unmissable, where the sun\u2019s passage across the Tropic of Capricorn is marked by mass kite-flying.<\/p>\n

The evening starts with a traditional welcome with camels (guests can have a ride should they wish) before being adorned with a flower garland and decorated with a bindi. Food is freshly-cooked in-house and presented as a multi-cuisine buffet where guest can feast on different cuisines, such as Indian, Chinese and Continental. Drinks are on a chargeable basis.<\/p>\n

Throughout the evening, guests can enjoy performances from traditional musicians and local folk dancers \u2013 with the chance to join in the fun afterward. Adding to the truly authentic Rajasthani experience are local artisans with their exquisite handicrafts, including beautiful products showcasing the ancient Rajasthani art of block printing. The evening is topped off with a magnificent fireworks display.<\/p>\n

Guests wanting to see the workings behind a family farm can arrive early and enjoy the animals, rolling wheat fields and delightful kitchen garden, which offers a superb crop of fruit and vegetables.<\/p>\n

Venue hire<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Skipper\u2019s County is perfect for corporate events,\u00a0birthdays and\u00a0mock weddings or\u00a0weddings and anything else in between. With the village fa\u00e7ade as a backdrop, we cater for up to 200 people. Weddings here are a fabulous affair and the groom can arrive on an elephant. Furthermore, the farm\u2019s idyllic setting gives plenty of magical photographic opportunities to help you capture your special day.<\/p>\n

We also offer a three-level poolside venue with charming gardens for up to 50 people which is a great space for lunch parties or pre-wedding celebrations such as Mehndi parties.<\/p>\n
